Job Description

  • Act as a first point of contact for clients by answering inquiries and assisting with basic issues in a polite and professional manner.
  • Record and manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and in-person communication.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about Beta Developments’ properties, services, and procedures to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to help resolve customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their concerns have been addressed and to support customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company projects, available properties, and general market updates through ongoing training.
  • Assist in preparing customer-related documents, reports, and correspondence when needed.
  • Follow established customer service guidelines and contribute ideas to improve service quality.

Job Requirements

  • 0 to 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Strong command of MS Office
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
