Job Description
- Act as a first point of contact for clients by answering inquiries and assisting with basic issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Record and manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and in-person communication.
- Provide clear and accurate information about Beta Developments’ properties, services, and procedures to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to help resolve customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their concerns have been addressed and to support customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company projects, available properties, and general market updates through ongoing training.
- Assist in preparing customer-related documents, reports, and correspondence when needed.
- Follow established customer service guidelines and contribute ideas to improve service quality.
