Job Summary


We are seeking a qualified and motivated Legal Consultant to provide legal support across various domains including labor, commercial, and civil law. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, contract review capabilities, and the ability to represent the company in legal proceedings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Legal Advisory: Provide sound legal advice on matters related to Saudi labor, commercial, and civil laws.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests.
  • Court Representation: Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Legal Documentation: Prepare legal documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal departments to address legal concerns and support business operations.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi legal frameworks including labor, commercial, and civil laws.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
