**Export Manager – Electrical Substation & Protection/Control Systems** Cairo, Egypt (with international travel) We are seeking an experienced **Export Manager** with a strong electrical engineering background to lead the international sales and export of electrical substation equipment and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute export strategies to grow market share in GCC, Africa, Asia, and beyond - Identify opportunities, conduct technical market analysis, and build relationships with utilities, EPCs, and distributors - Manage full export cycle: RFQ/tender response, contract negotiation, technical compliance, documentation, logistics, and delivery - Ensure adherence to IEC/IEEE standards, export regulations, customs, Incoterms, and trade compliance - Monitor performance, budgets, and profitability; report to senior leadership **Requirements** - Bachelor's in **Electrical Engineering** (Power Systems preferred); - 8+ years in international trade/export, with 5+ years focused on substations, protection & control systems - Proven experience exporting substation equipment, relays, switchgear, or automation solutions - Strong knowledge of global trade regs, export documentation, Incoterms, and power standards (IEC 61850, IEEE) - Excellent negotiation, communication, and technical sales skills - Fluency in English; Arabic/French/others advantageous - Willingness to travel internationally
