  • Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute market access strategies through partnerships with key accounts in both private and public healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to plan and deliver value-based initiatives aligned with strategic access goals.
  • Achieve financial and non-financial objectives related to market access and product positioning.
  • Analyze market and patient data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and access initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to influence access outcomes and drive business impact.
  • Understand the healthcare ecosystem, reimbursement processes, and competitive landscape to identify win-win partnership opportunities.
  • Maximize product positioning and messaging by co-creating value propositions with stakeholders.
  • Identify and address gaps in reimbursement and access pathways to improve patient outcomes.
  • Support cross-functional execution of strategic milestones and ensure agile delivery of access plans.
  • Monitor and report on access performance, stakeholder engagement, and partnership effectiveness
  • Qualifications and Education:

  • Years of experience 3–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Key Account Management or Market Access roles Education
  • Bachelor’s degree Pharmacy,
