We are looking for a skilled HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and shortlist qualified candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Prepare job posts and maintain candidate database
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn sourcing
• Knowledge of Saudi labor platforms is a plus
