Job Description
Lead, manage, and develop the sales engineering team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Manage key accounts and major projects.
Oversee technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
Coordinate with technical, production, and other internal departments to meet client requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitors and report to top management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in sales engineering.
Strong experience in LV & MV electrical panels (ABB systems preferred).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare technical and commercial offers.
Good command of English is preferred.
