Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the recruitment of high-caliber professionals.
  • Design and manage employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs.
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to talent management.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career progression.
  • Facilitate organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on talent management activities to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 year of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field in Construction Industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement talent management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
