Job Description
- Attend coordination meetings with clients
- Responsible for all project in designated area
- Organize works in designated area based on project priorities.
- Prepare forecast of requirements of people and material in advance
- Read and review all project specifications, drawing and details
- Check all MEP networks installed by contactor to ensure adequacy before commencement with installation of equipment
- Responsible for taking all site dimensions to enable proper execution of work
- Check, and receive all work areas on site clean and clear of any obstacles proper to commencement of equipment installation.
- Check and receive all Material/Equipment delivery to site to ensure quantity, types required and free of any damage
- Arrange secure store for equipment and material till installation
- Protect all equipment with adequate protection until TOC/ handover date
- Internal testing to all required equipment prior to client testing and commissioning
- Perform testing and commissioning with clients and follow up signed commission report
- Perform hand over procedure with client and follow up site hand over documents.
- Rectify any snags received from project tam in a timely manner.
- Coordinate all works with project team prior to installation to ensure all MEP Networks, civil, ID, and site condition are suitable to enable installation of equipment.
- Internal weekly report of project site progress.
- Organize and schedule site team tasks on site.
- Maintain a record of all personel admin such as overtime, attendance and transportation.
- Perform any task assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- At least 7 years of experience preferably in Kitchen projects or Installation in Hotels.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Very good negotiation skills.
- High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
- Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent skills of dealing with different internet applications.
