Job Description
Job Purpose:
To handle and follow up on all administrative tasks, coordinate with government entities, and service providers, and ensure smooth administrative operations in accordance with company policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on all government-related paperwork and procedures (government offices, social insurance, taxes, and other official authorities).
- Communicate and coordinate with telecommunication and service providers (internet, mobile lines, subscriptions, etc.).
- Oversee and manage company vehicle movements, including:
- Scheduling vehicle usage
- Monitoring periodic maintenance and licensing
- Tracking fuel consumption
- Review and verify financial disbursement documents to ensure completeness and compliance with approved procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance through the fingerprint system:
- Generate daily and monthly attendance reports
- Prepare attendance and leave tracking sheets
- Coordinate with the HR department regarding absences, delays, and overtime
- Organize, maintain, and archive administrative files and records accurately and confidentially.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Relevant educational background (preferably a university degree).
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling documents.
