Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the recruitment of high-caliber professionals.
- Design and manage employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs.
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to talent management.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career progression.

- Prepare and present regular reports on talent management activities to senior leadership.
