Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Travel Consultant. In this position, you will create and manage travel itineraries, handle client bookings, provide exceptional customer service, and support travel planning and arrangements. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth travel experiences, while focusing on client satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating personalized travel plans
- Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations for clients
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with travel industry practices and destinations in Saudi Arabia and surrounding regions
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in travel-related software and tools
