Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Pre Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and MEP. The role involves providing technical support to clients, preparing and presenting proposals, supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities, and ensuring that client-specific requirements are addressed. The Pre Sales Engineer will collaborate with various teams to meet client needs and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes
• Experience in providing Technical Support, including system design and solution customization
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
• Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, and MEP systems
• Relevant certifications or training in Engineering or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
