Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integrated talent management strategies that meet the company’s future needs.
- Analyze current and future skills required by the company and develop plans to close any gaps.
- Design customized training and development programs to improve employee performance and enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with managers to identify growth and career development opportunities for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide recommendations to improve employee performance and develop career plans that support their professional advancement.
- Develop incentive programs aimed at retaining key talent within the company.
- Work on enhancing the work environment and boosting employee engagement to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Identify internal competencies suitable for filling vacant positions within the company.
- Improve internal mobility processes and develop clear career paths.
- Analyze talent management data and provide periodic reports on the success of programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in the same field.
