Summary:

The Scrum Master leads the end-to-end agile implementation of TTG’s next generation Translation Management System (TMS) and ERP ecosystem. The system will be fully developed from scratch using Python and integrated AI capabilities, automation workflows, mobile applications, and advanced project, vendor, and quality management tools. The role ensures smooth delivery, cross-functional alignment, backlog management, and continuous improvement across all digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Project Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, enforce agile practices, ensure sprint objectives are achieved.

Product Execution: Coordinate the development of a fully custom-built TMS/ERP system developed in Python with AI-driven features for task assignment, quality scoring, MT suggestions, automated workflows, and intelligent vendor allocation.

AI & Automation Integration: Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to embed machine learning models into translation workflows, improve automation, and increase operational efficiency.

Mobile Application Delivery: Oversee development and release cycles of companion mobile apps for translators, clients, and project managers.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Align product development with linguists, vendor managers, QA teams, finance, and senior management. Backlog & Prioritization: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with TTG’s digital vision.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify delivery risks, track issues, and ensure timely resolution of impediments.

Quality Assurance: Coordinate QA testing, UAT cycles, and validation of AI-driven features and automation logic.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sprint reports, velocity dashboards, release notes, and process documentation

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Project Management.

Certifications: Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM I or above). Agile and PMP certifications are a plus.

Relevant Training: Training in AI concepts, Python-based application architectures, or agile software development is highly preferred.

Required Experience

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager roles.

Industry Experience: Experience in translation/localization, software development, or automation-heavy industries is preferred.

Technical Experience: Demonstrated experience working on Python-based applications, AI-enabled platforms, or ERP/TMS systems.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Python-based systems, APIs, workflow automation, and AI/ML concepts.

Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Project Skills: Proven ability to manage complex software development cycles with multiple sprints.
