Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS Engineer – O&M to manage and support the operation and

maintenance of Johnson Controls Metasys Building Management Systems (BMS) in a 24/7 airport

environment. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of HVAC and plant systems, maintaining

system reliability, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet operational and compliance

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for Johnson Controls Metasys BMS in a 24/7

airport facility

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize HVAC and plant systems performance to ensure efficiency and

reliability

• Perform fault diagnosis, alarm management, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime

• Plan, manage, and customize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM)

activities in line with SLAs and KPIs

• Coordinate closely with Facilities Management, HVAC, Electrical, and IT teams

• Support system upgrades, integrations, expansions, and compliance with airport and regulatory

standards

• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical updates for management and clients

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related Engineering discipline

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BMS O&M, preferably in airports or large critical facilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Johnson Controls Metasys BMS

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, plant equipment, and control systems

• Experience working in 24/7 operational environments

• Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and FM operations

• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
