Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Arabic Account Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves professionally assisting customers by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer queries, maintaining strong communication, resolving issues effectively, and delivering a positive customer experience via phone and other channels.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide exceptional guidance and assistance.
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and fostering a positive Customer Experience.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette skills to interact confidently and professionally with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions with diplomacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong adaptability and team-oriented mindset to thrive in a cooperative work environment.
