Job Description
- Manage and supervise all warehouse activities and staff.
- Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Prepare reports related to inventory levels, damages, shortages, and operational performance.
- Control warehouse costs and minimize losses.
- Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
