- Analyze and assign the permissions to the user’s ID in various applications.
- Ensure that all user’s request and issues are resolved within the set turnaround times as agreed with the Business Units.
- Ensure that users are provided access as per their respective roles in line with the policies of the Bank.
- Facilitating user access review process.
- Weekly / daily security administration review
- Responsible for understanding / learning user administration of all applications.
- Identify areas where an improvement can be made to optimize service to users.
- Review existing processes and recommend changes where applicable.
- University degree in Business Administration or a relevant qualification
- Excellent Command of Computer skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of Banks Policy & procedures
- Good analytical skills
