Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Laundry Manager. The Laundry Manager will oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper handling, and maintenance of linens and garments. Responsibilities include managing laundry staff, creating and managing budgets, maintaining equipment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and adhering to health and safety standards.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively.
• Experience and knowledge in Laundry Services and Laundry processes, including handling and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in Budgeting to ensure cost-effective operations and resource efficiency.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain service quality.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to laundry operations is a plus.
