Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager Quality Control role based in 6th of October. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes across all projects, ensuring adherence to high standards and specifications. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control measures, managing risk assessments, conducting inspections during all project phases, and providing leadership to the quality control team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee project quality will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in quality assurance practices and the ability to implement and maintain quality control systems effectively
• Experience in conducting detailed inspections, evaluations, and risk assessments for large-scale projects
• Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills to guide the quality control team and oversee compliance
• Proficient communication and collaboration capabilities for partnering with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of relevant certification standards and proficiency in using quality control tools
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Quality Management
• Experience in interior design, construction, or a related industry is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Dedication to maintaining high standards and attention to detail in all areas of work
