🔹 Requirements:

• 10+ years of HR experience

• Strong industrial/manufacturing background (very important )

• Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning

• Solid knowledge of labor law, performance management, and compensation & benefits

• Strong leadership and communication skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Oversee HR operations across production, engineering, and corporate teams
