Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Architectural Designer, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Architectural Designer will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, develop detailed construction drawings, plan and implement urban designs, and ensure innovative and sustainable solutions. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet both aesthetic and functional standards while aligning with client visions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Drawing techniques
• Experience in Urban Planning and its integration with architectural projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related programs
• Knowledge of sustainability standards and innovative design practices is a plus
