The Store Operations Manager will oversee daily retail operations, manage inventory levels, supervise staff, and ensure optimal customer experiences. This role includes profit-and-loss (P&L) management responsibilities, implementation of operational strategies, and maintaining high service standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive store profitability and process efficiency.Qualifications

Proficiency in Retail Operations and Operations Management

Experience in the ceramic, porcelain, or construction industry is an advantage

Strong skills in P&L Management and Inventory Control

Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure a superior customer experience

Effective leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
