Job Responsibilities:




Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients

* Become the focal point of contact for clients' requests, concerns, and inquiries

* Provide consultation on program strategy and design, and sharing of best practices

* Build strong relationships with business owners

* Track the performance of the program on a weekly and monthly basis

* Generate reports and analyze the customer base

* Generate new revenue streams through upsell and cross sell of LOYNOVA loyalty solutions

* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure program business objectives are met

* Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth launch of new campaigns, enhancements, and promotions

* Conduct monthly and quarterly account reviews with clients and LOYNOVA managementللتقديم الان
