Requirement:

3+ years of experience in software development

Hands-on experience as a Scala developer

Experience with AWS, particularly with Simple Storage Service

Experience with Akka actors model

Proficiency with tools such as Git

Writing clear and testable code

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Self-motivated and quick-learner

Nice to have:

Experience with Rust

Windows, Linux experience

Responsibilities:

Participate in functional requirements analysis (including communication with customer

representatives)

Focus on solving complex tasks in a simple way with a given technology

Participate in continuous improvements, including platform tooling and processes,

implementing best practices and bringing on innovations

Enforcement of non-functional requirements

Perform code reviews and code optimizations

Take responsibility and ownership of project components, master domain knowledge

Mentor and supervise newcomers and less experienced engineers
