Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled senior-level architectural engineer to provide technical support and design review services during the early delivery phase of the project. The role focuses on assessing design compliance, constructability, coordination, and quality across multiple design packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural design submissions (concept, schematic, detailed design)
• Assess compliance with project briefs, standards, codes, and authority requirements
• Conduct constructability and buildability reviews
• Identify design risks, clashes, and gaps; recommend solutions
• Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines
• Prepare technical review comments, mark-ups, and reports
• Participate in technical workshops, design review meetings, and coordination sessions
• Support value engineering and design optimisation initiatives
• Assist in preparing technical inputs for downstream delivery phases

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in architectural design or technical review
• Experience on large-scale, complex developments (mixed-use / infrastructure / giga projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of international design standards and best practices
• Proficient in reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Experience in the GCC or similar large-scale environments is an advantage
