Main job duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in arranging any travel itineraries for employees that include entertainment, restaurant, and attraction suggestions.
  • Receive quotations and negotiate prices and programs to get the best packages for the best prices.
  • Receive travel and trip requests from employees, ensure data is correct, and accurate and requests are according to company policies and procedures to take the necessary booking steps.
  • Counsel employees on their various travel choices and explain the differences between available options.
  • Make and confirm all travel arrangements, including hotel room accommodations and plane tickets.
  • Maintain employee relationships and solve problems to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor airline flights while employees are on route to stay aware of delays and any other problems.
  • Responsible for providing transportation for business trips.
  • Stay up to date with travel regulations and other considerations, such as travel warnings and country visitor guidelines.
  • Communicate with the Financial department in any inquiries related to bills.
  • Archive documents in files in an organized manner and easily accessed at any time.
  • Prepare and submit any needed reports by the direct manager.
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.


Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years of travel experience.
