Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, setting and achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. The role also involves working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong sales strategy, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
Experience in market research, business development, and identifying growth opportunities
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a competitive market
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
