About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who is strategic, creative, and passionate about building strong brand presence through impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

• Create and manage marketing calendars, ensuring timely campaign execution.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using data analytics and key metrics.
• Contribute to brand development by ensuring consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
• Support event marketing, sponsorship activations, and promotional initiatives that enhance audience engagement.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or Marketing Executive (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand communication.
• Experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in lifestyle and events marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and event coordination.
