Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Content Manager will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of content strategies tailored to our brand goals. Responsibilities include managing content creation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency, analyzing content performance, and refining strategies to drive engagement and growth. The role also involves supervising writers, editors, and external contributors to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Content Strategy, Content Planning, and Content Marketing
• Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Creative Writing
• Experience in Proofreading and Editing content for accuracy, tone, and style
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO best practices
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze metrics to measure content performance and optimize engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
• Prior experience in leadership roles within content teams is advantageous
