We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead the design, automation, and enhancement of analytics foundations across multiple regions. The role will build core data tables, dashboards, and reporting that guide high-impact, data-driven decisions. You will translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions and partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build automated data tables, dashboards, and reporting solutions for multi-market operations.
  • Retrieve, analyze, and model large datasets using SQL and analytical programming tools.
  • Develop data pipelines, metrics, and KPIs to support scaling and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions.
  • Provide insights across marketing, operations, supply chain, customer experience, and commercial performance domains.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex data into clear business recommendations.


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python or R, data warehousing, and data modeling (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of business domains including marketing, supply chain, operations, inventory, and customer experience.
