About the role

Our client is a growing organization with an active sales operation managing a high volume of inbound opportunities and manufacturer quotes. They operate with a lean, collaborative Sales team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and clear documentation to ensure prospects receive timely and professional communication throughout the sales cycle.

They’re looking for a Temporary Sales Assistant to support the Sales team by owning the post-request-for-quote process. This role is essential to improving speed, consistency, and follow-up across the sales workflow while reducing bandwidth pressure on Sales Account Managers.

What You’ll Do

• Reformat and brand manufacturer quotes into customer-facing documents
• Ensure pricing, terms, and documentation accuracy before distribution
• Coordinate internal approvals with Sales Account Managers
• Send approved quotes to customers and manage follow-up communication
• Update CRM records with customer information, notes, and activity
