Job Description
- Design and develop engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve product interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency across products.
- Analyze user behavior and analytics to identify pain points and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and troubleshoot any UI/UX issues.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
