We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong growth marketing experience to own and optimize our acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experiment-oriented, and experienced in SaaS growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize growth channels including:
  • SEO
  • Paid Ads (Meta, Google, X/Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Referral programs
  • Organic & content-driven channels
  • Build and continuously improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the full growth funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Retention).
  • Set up, track, and analyze funnels using Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
  • Manage and monitor performance dashboards using Supermetrics.
  • Implement and maintain tracking pixels and events:
  • Facebook Pixel
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • X (Twitter) Ads
  • Snapchat Ads
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data integrity.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior, then translate insights into actionable experiments.
  • Support social media growth strategies aligned with overall acquisition goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing for SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SEO (on-page, technical, performance analysis)
  • Paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, X, Snapchat)
  • Analytics & tracking tools (Mixpanel, GA, GSC, Supermetrics)
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Ability to work with data, metrics, and experimentation frameworks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with early-stage or scaling SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-marketing stakeholders.
