Role Description

This is a Part-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October for an Organizational Development Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating organizational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and employee development. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating training programs, providing leadership development activities, coaching employees and management, and enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic consultation. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders will be essential to drive positive change and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Consulting and Organizational Effectiveness to analyze and improve company strategies and structures
• Strong skills in Leadership Development and Coaching to enhance team performance and foster a culture of growth
• Experience in designing and facilitating Training programs to promote continuous learning and development
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
