Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supervisor at Tal2a, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the e-payment sector, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing and implementing policies, troubleshooting customer and technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role demands a balance of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Team management and leadership skills
• Experience with e-payment systems and digital transactions
• Customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the payment industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
