Deliver agent training (Egypt & Philippines)
Create and maintain training materials
Coordinate directly with the client
Support multiple geos (UK, Cairo, Philippines)

Required Skills

Experience as a training manager, or snr supervisor.
SAP experience (CRM / Order Management) – mandatory
English proficiency: B2 level
Willingness and ability to travel (UK, Cairo, Philippines)
