Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets of the team.
  • Ensure staff achieves all KPI standards that include face-to-face visits & relationship management, besides monthly financial targets.
  • Coach staff by joint visits, train on product and credit policy, upskill staff on sales objections and presentations.
  • Control daily activity i.e. Calls, Appointments, Meetings, Closures, References, Cross Sells of all the team members to achieve targeted sales numbers for the team.
  • Follow-up & maintain his team existing client's portfolio ( KYC updates, dormant accounts closure , overdrawn accounts settlements).
  • Present and acquire premium Business Banking customers for the Bank & provide services to these potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
  • Ensure a complete understanding of the Bank's most current credit policy for Business Banking is disseminated within the teams and suggest enhancements.
  • 6-8 Years of banking experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Credit or Commercial function.
  • Credit certification is a must.
