Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing travel itineraries, coordinating reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include offering expert travel consultation, creating customized travel plans, managing travel documentation, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for each client.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and engaging with clients to tailor travel solutions
• Proficiency in arranging Travel Arrangements and managing travel-related logistics
• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in handling Reservations and related administrative tasks efficiently
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian travel market and regional destinations is a plus
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and software
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
