Internship Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online chats to provide accurate information about healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients in navigating healthcare plans, benefits, and claims processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper resolution of their requests.
  • Adhere to company protocols, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new clients as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Internship Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
