Internship Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online chats to provide accurate information about healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist clients in navigating healthcare plans, benefits, and claims processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper resolution of their requests.
- Adhere to company protocols, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new clients as needed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
