Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finalizer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in print production, file finalization, and pre-press processes, ensuring all artworks are delivered accurately, efficiently, and ready for flawless printing.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize artwork files for print production according to technical and brand standards.
• Review and check artwork accuracy including dimensions, bleeds, margins, colors, fonts, and linked assets.
• Handle color separation, trapping, overprint settings, and print profiles.
• Execute pre-press processes and ensure compliance with different printing techniques (Offset, Flexo, Digital).
• Coordinate with designers to resolve technical issues without compromising creative intent.
• Manage print-ready file exports for packaging, labels, and marketing materials.
• Conduct final quality control checks before sending files to printers.

Communicate with printing houses regarding technical requirements and production specifications.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Finalizer or Print Production Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, inks, finishes, and packaging substrates.
• Excellent understanding of color management, CMYK workflows, Pantone systems, and ICC profiles.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid experience in packaging finalization and Die-lines handling.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
