Job Description

• Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures.
• Document and analyze test results accurately, reporting any deviations or non-conformities to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and support process improvements.
• Ensure all laboratory activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes and testing methods.
• Assist in the validation and implementation of new testing methods and technologies.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
• Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on best practices, safety, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality control laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to laboratory operations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and analytical software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
