1. Job Purpose
- To execute and support the company’s compensation, benefits, and rewards programs by conducting job evaluations, maintaining salary structures, managing benefits administration, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating annual reward cycles. The role ensures internal equity, market competitiveness, and full compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
2. Key Responsibilities
- A. Compensation Administration
- Support job evaluation and grading using Korn Ferry methodology under the supervision of the Senior Manager.
- Maintain salary structures, job families, and job architecture database.
- Prepare compensation analytics including pay gap analysis, internal equity checks, and market comparisons.
- Manage payroll inputs related to compensation changes (promotions, increments, transfers, allowances).
- B. Benefits Administration
- Manage day-to-day benefits operations (medical insurance, life insurance, social insurance, allowances).
- Handle employee onboarding and termination processes related to benefits enrollment and de-enrollment.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and brokers for claims, additions, deletions, and service issues.
- C. Annual Compensation Cycles
- Support the execution of merit increases, bonus cycles, and variable pay schemes.
- Assist in preparing salary review sheets, budget files, and performance-reward calculations.
- Validate compensation data and ensure accuracy across systems.
- D. Rewards Policies & Governance
- Ensure implementation of all compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Support audits and compliance checks for labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance.
- Prepare standard operating procedures and maintain updated documentation.
- E. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmark studies with external vendors.
- Prepare comparative reports and insights for management decision-making.
- Assist in developing recommendations for compensation adjustments based on market trends.
- F. HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS related to compensation and benefits.
- Validate employee data and ensure alignment with payroll and finance systems.
- Support system upgrades or digital transformation initiatives in Total Rewards.
- G. Stakeholder Support
- Provide guidance to HRBPs and employees on compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, and Talent Management teams to ensure seamless reward processes.
- Practical Judgment: Apply established policies to resolve compensation and benefits queries.

- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax implications.
- Advanced skills in Excel, analytics, HRIS, and data reporting.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reward execution.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights for managerial decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards.
- Experience with job evaluation (Korn Ferry or equivalent) is a strong plus.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or commercial companies is preferred.
