Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will manage daily travel consultations and coordinate travel arrangements for both individual and corporate clients. Responsibilities include assisting clients with reservations, creating personalized travel itineraries, ensuring excellent customer service, and advising on travel requirements and options to fulfill client expectations effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in Reservations and managing travel bookings
• Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with travel management systems and booking platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry and knowledge of the Cairo travel market is advantageous
