Responsibilities
Installs photocopier and MFP products and trains the customer’s operators.
Provides preventive maintenance to ensure Ricoh products perform optimal efficiency.
Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
Works effectively in a small team.
Qualifications & What we ask
Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry related.
Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Acts cost effectively.
Own a car is advantage.
