Job Title: Medical Sales / Business Development Specialist (B2B – Hospitals & Corporate Accounts)

About the Role:

Reaya is hiring an experienced B2B Medical Sales / Business Development professional to grow our partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate accounts. This is a field role focused on building strong referral channels and closing B2B deals for ICU-at-home and advanced home healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a B2B pipeline targeting hospitals, clinics, and companies (corporate medical services / employee programs / partnerships).
Build long-term relationships with decision makers (medical directors, procurement, HR, insurance/TPA contacts, operations).
Present Reaya’s ICU-at-home model, service packages, and clinical pathway; handle objections and negotiate terms.
Drive new business acquisition and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits, meetings, and follow-ups; maintain accurate CRM/pipeline reporting.
Coordinate internally with operations/triage/medical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for B2B clients.
Monitor market/competitors, identify opportunities, and propose growth initiatives.


Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales within healthcare/medical services.
Strong background dealing with hospitals and corporate accounts (mandatory).
Proven track record: documented achievements in closing deals and hitting targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong field execution (visits, networking, pipeline management).
