• Provides preventive maintenance to ensure Ricoh products perform optimal efficiency.
• Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
• Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
• Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
• Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
• Works effectively in a small team.

Qualifications & What we ask

• Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry related.
• Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Acts cost effectively.
• Own a car is advantage.
