Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada for an Operations Team Member. The role involves ensuring efficient daily operations, supporting logistics processes, and optimizing service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, monitoring logistics workflows, liaising with clients and other teams, problem-solving to address operational challenges, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data, improving processes, and solving operational challenges
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in Sales and Operations Management for managing and optimizing logistics and transportation processes
- Project Management skills for planning, organizing, and executing operational tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
