Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketing Manager with expertise in the FinTech industry. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Duties include social media management, content creation, developing marketing campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, executing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Manage and execute social media marketing across relevant platforms.
Build and grow an engaged online community on social media platforms.
Plan and manage public relations (PR) activities and media communications.
Represent the company and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Strengthen corporate brand awareness within the FinTech and financial services ecosystem.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to align marketing messaging.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
Manage marketing budgets and external vendors or agencies when needed.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Mandatory experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or financial services.
Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
Experience in brand building and corporate communication.
Solid understanding of PR and media relations.
Experience organizing or participating in industry events and conferences.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Existing network within the FinTech or financial services industry.
Experience managing agencies or third-party marketing partners.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing.
