Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Analyst, based in Egypt. The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, addressing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues. The role involves resolving customer support inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining technical documentation, and providing training and guidance to users for optimal system usage.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience in addressing and resolving user inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify the root causes of problems and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively and provide clear guidance.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructures, operating systems, and network systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
